Paradigmo processes account, authentication, company, and uploaded analytics data to provide SaaS revenue analytics.

Data we process

We may process contact details, login identifiers, company settings, uploaded masterfiles, derived metrics, and support conversations.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, provide dashboards, save company workspaces, improve reliability, and support billing or customer support.

Account deletion

When you request account deletion, Paradigmo immediately revokes your access and removes your information from its live database, file storage and authentication systems. Encrypted backup copies cannot be altered or deleted during their 30-day locked retention period. Those copies are then removed automatically, and in all cases within 35 days of your request.

Payment data

Payment method collection should be handled by Stripe-hosted checkout or portal pages. Paradigmo should not collect card or bank details in its own forms.
